Why am I a good fit for this role?
I bring experience in partner launches, enterprise sales and AI workflows. At Asymmetric Labs, I closed and managed more than 90 GameFi and NFT partnerships, covering sourcing, onboarding and launch planning. At Robovision, I generated $1.8M by sourcing and closing partnerships with robotics OEMs and enterprise customers.
At Cenntury Ventures, I developed AI-powered systems for enterprise sales and marketing. I’d apply that mix at ElevenLabs: help partners get their solutions ready for customers, connect those solutions with demand, and use AI to support a larger network without losing attention to important relationships.

Why do I want to join ElevenLabs?
ElevenLabs connects AI research with products people can build on: voice and chat agents for businesses, creative tools for creators and marketers, and audio models for developers. Partners can turn those capabilities into solutions for specific customers and industries.
I’ve worked in AI infrastructure, robotics and enterprise software, and developed AI-enabled sales workflows. This role brings those interests together with partnership work I know well. I want to help builders reach customers and give customers a clear reason to choose what those builders create. I’d literally work for free to be part of this team.
My motivation
How would I build a useful marketplace?
I’d start by testing a few customer use cases with partners. The first listings should explain the problem solved, setup requirements, evidence that the solution works, and how to try it or contact the partner. Customers should be able to compare relevant options and take a clear next step.
I’d define the first release with Product and Engineering, then own the partner requirements, launch plan and follow-through. That includes listings, search and measurement. My onboarding and launch experience at Asymmetric Labs is a useful foundation. I’d judge the first version by whether it brings partners qualified customer interest and leads to actual use.

How would I help more partners become active?
I’d define useful milestones for each type of partner, such as a tested integration, a published solution or a first customer. Those signals would help distinguish people who need setup help from partners ready to reach more customers.
At Asymmetric Labs, I managed relationships through onboarding and launch planning. At ElevenLabs, I’d use that experience to build repeatable support for a broad network, with direct attention for priority partners. Every programme should have a clear next step and a measurable result, such as launch completion, customer engagement or partner-sourced revenue.

How would I make it easier to get started?
I’d walk through the process with developers, integration partners and service providers. Their first useful outcome may differ, so I’d identify the steps and blockers for each group before writing the guidance for each group.
My partnership work at Asymmetric Labs included onboarding. I’d bring that experience to practical examples, clear requirements and a route to the right support. I’d track time to the first successful setup or published solution, along with the points where partners drop out. Repeated questions would guide improvements to documentation and the product experience.

How would I help partners reach customers?
At Robovision, I conducted more than 720 meetings with partners, industry leaders and enterprise customers. I learned to understand the customer’s problem, who makes the decision and what needs to happen before a purchase.
At ElevenLabs, I’d work with Sales and Marketing on a few focused routes to partner solutions: relevant introductions, customer examples and campaigns around a use case. Website and product placement should support the same customer journey. I’d track qualified enquiries and resulting pipeline, then repeat the approaches that bring partners useful demand.

How would I use AI in partner programmes?
At Cenntury Ventures, I developed AI-powered enterprise sales and marketing systems for Routescan, Axora, Meteora and Proxima. I now advise on AI strategy, workflow design and go-to-market planning at TryEclipse.AI. My tools include Relevance AI, Attio and HubSpot.
I’d use available partner and product signals to identify the next useful action, such as setup guidance for a stalled builder or a relevant launch opportunity. AI could help prepare and deliver that support at scale. I’d test accuracy, completion rates and partner feedback before expanding it, keeping a clear route to a person for complex questions.

What would I focus on in the first 90 days?
In the first month, I’d speak with partners, customers and the internal teams to understand the current programme, product constraints and goals. I’d agree on the first marketplace use cases, partner milestones and baseline measures.
Next, I’d work towards a small marketplace pilot, help a few partners complete their listings, and test one way to bring them customer demand. I’d also trial one AI-assisted support workflow. By day 90, I’d review usage, partner progress and pipeline, then agree what to improve or expand. The scope would reflect what the team already has in place.
My proposed priorities
How would I know the work is producing results?
I’d measure progress on both sides: partners completing setup and publishing useful solutions, and customers finding, evaluating and using them. For commercial outcomes, I’d track conversion, pipeline and partner-sourced revenue.
I’d agree definitions and attribution with Sales and the data owners, so the same opportunity is not counted twice and sourced revenue stays separate from influenced revenue. I’d review where partners or customers drop off and turn each finding into an action. My revenue responsibility at Robovision and NVIDIA is relevant here: the work needs to lead to customer use and revenue.

What commercial experience would I bring?
At Robovision, I generated $1.8M by sourcing and closing partnerships with robotics OEMs and enterprise customers. At NVIDIA, I closed $1M in DGX sales within six months and ran more than 100 discovery calls to match customer workloads with AI infrastructure.
That experience would help me qualify partner opportunities and understand how a technical solution becomes a buying decision. I’d work with Sales on the customer need, the partner’s role and a clear next step, then follow the opportunity through to an outcome.

How would I work across teams?
At Asymmetric Labs, I supported the move from an NFT to an ERC20 launchpad alongside Operations, Design, Product and Engineering. At Cenntury Ventures, I built and led teams of 10+ across multiple launches, setting ownership and delivery standards.
At ElevenLabs, I’d turn partner feedback into clear requirements for Product and Engineering, agree launch responsibilities with Partnerships, and coordinate customer outreach with Sales and Marketing. Each piece of work should have an owner, a decision to make and a next step. That keeps partners informed and helps the team deliver.

How do I move forward without a playbook?
Founding Cenntury Ventures meant turning client goals into working sales and marketing systems, building a team and taking responsibility for delivery. That is relevant to a role where a programme or product still needs to be defined.
I’d start with a clear outcome and the assumptions we need to test. Then I’d deliver a small version, get feedback from partners and customers, and decide what to change. I’d take responsibility for the result, involve the right teams early and keep decisions and next steps clear.
